Great Feel-Good CD
Great CD. I'd heard one or two other CDs by Nils Lundgren and wanted to see what this one was all about, and it's not really left my CD player for the last week. It's witty, extremely well played, and above all really funky. None of the tracks is a straight cover version - some have been slowed down into R&B grinders and others pumped up into pulsating horn section workouts, but all the songs demonstrate what a great band can do with great material and a lot of imagination.
