I've liked the Herbaliser for a while now, but this was the first cd I've bought by them since Remedies, and it was a bit of a shock to the system. I was expecting more of the same classic Ninja Tunes samples, big beats and scratches, but this is in your face British Hip Hop at its best, with plenty of funk, soul and rap mixed in. Highlights for me are Alphabet Man, Glimity Glamity and Spin It Round by the Nextmen. As the other reviewer says, it's music to put on when you're getting ready to go out, and i love it.
